Today, Apple will release the first public version of iOS 13 for all supported iPhones. Apple has not announced the exact release time, but you can find out the approximate release time for iOS 13 in your time zone.
Judging by previous years, iOS 13 will be released at 10 am local time. It will be 20:00 Moscow time. Apple is releasing all its significant updates at this time.
