Apple will release the final version of iOS 13 on September 19th. The update can be downloaded for free on all supported iPhone models.
iOS version 13.1 will be release publicly on September 30 and will contain several additional new features.
iPadOS 13 will be released on September 30 for all supported iPad, iPad Air, and iPad Pro.
